How to Apply for a Singapore Visa from India

Application Mode

Official Visa Processing Fee

INR 2,100 per application

Authorised Visa Agent Fee

Authorised Visa Agents may charge a service fee of up to INR 1,300 in addition to the visa processing fee.

The INR 2,100 visa processing fee is non-refundable. Authorised Visa Agent service charges are additional. Get Journey service charges, if applicable, should be quoted separately to the client.

Documents

Documents Required for Singapore Visa

Form 14A

  • Duly completed Form 14A
  • Form must be signed by the applicant

Valid Passport

  • Passport with at least 6 months validity on the date of entry into Singapore

Photographs

  • Two recent passport-sized colour photographs
  • Photographs must be taken within the last 3 months
  • Size: 35 mm × 45 mm
  • Plain white background without shadows
  • Full face and upper shoulders visible
  • Eyes open and facing forward
  • Spectacle frames must not cover the eyes and lenses must not reflect or glare

Additional Supporting Documents

  • Additional documents may be requested depending on the application
  • Form V39A / Letter of Introduction may be required on a case-by-case basis

Document Language

  • Documents in Hindi, including official notes, should be translated into English

Singapore Visa Processing Time

Generally 3 to 5 working days

Processing time excludes the date of submission, weekends and public holidays. Some applications may take longer depending on the individual case.

Entry Information

Important Singapore Entry Conditions

  • Possession of a valid Singapore visa does not guarantee entry.
  • Final admission into Singapore is decided by Immigration & Checkpoints Authority officers at the point of entry.
  • Visitors may be required to show sufficient funds and confirmed onward or return travel arrangements.
  • Visa validity is the period during which the traveller may seek entry into Singapore.
  • The permitted duration of stay is determined by ICA officers at the checkpoint.

A Singapore visa is a pre-entry permission to travel to Singapore and seek entry. It is not an immigration pass and does not guarantee admission.

SG Arrival Card and e-Pass

The SG Arrival Card is not a visa. Travellers should complete the applicable SG Arrival Card requirement before arrival. The Visit Pass is issued digitally as an e-Pass after entry.

Incomplete forms or documents may delay processing or lead to an unsuccessful application. Every visa application, including visa validity, is considered individually by the Singapore authorities.
